Orders

Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Same-day delivery requires orders placed by 2pm Mon-Fri or 10am Sat. Sunday orders are delivered Monday morning unless agreed otherwise.

Pricing & Substitutions

Prices include the arrangement, vase or container and delivery to Austin and the surrounding metro. If a flower is unavailable, we substitute with one of equal or greater value while keeping the original style and color palette.

Delivery

We deliver across the Austin metro. If the recipient is not home, our driver will leave the arrangement at a safe shaded spot or with a neighbor if you authorize it. We text a photo confirmation on delivery.

Refunds & Freshness Guarantee

If your flowers arrive damaged or wilted, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we will redeliver a fresh arrangement free of charge or refund the full price. Our flowers carry a 7-day freshness guarantee.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before our florist starts arranging your bouquet (typically 2 hours before scheduled delivery).
